Open to those who live and work in Wales over the age of 18.
(We especially encourage applications from camera crews who work in north Wales.)
Training on 2 levels:
- Training in Focus Pulling for those already working as Camera Assistants
- Training as a Camera Assistant for those that have been working as runners/trainees for at least 2 years.
What’s included:
- Introduction to the role of Focus Puller
- Hands-on experience assisting a Jib operator
- Practical run-through with a Lighting Gaffer
- Learn set etiquette and how to stand out as an AC
- Shoot with a director and actors on set in a professional studio
