CRIW NORTH WALES – RECRUITING SOON! – Chloe Koffler’s Testimonial

Do you live in north Wales and are you considering a career in the world of film and television?

In the next couple of months, our CRIW apprenticeship will begin recruiting again in north Wales so keep your eyes peeled for any news!

We asked one of our current apprentices, Chloe Koffler, why people should join CRIW. Here’s what she had to say:

1.What would you say to encourage someone to go for it?

When it comes to the apprenticeship, I would encourage people to apply who are interested in learning about how the tv and film industry works. As with any apprenticeship the main advantage is that you earn while you learn, gaining real-world experience. Also having the opportunity to talk to industry professionals about possible career paths is invaluable. It gives a taste of what to expect in the industry, if you wish to pursue it further.

2.What would be your most important message to them?

In promoting the apprenticeship, I think the most important message to stress is that the apprenticeship allows for individuals who are completely new to the industry. An interest/passion is desirable, but any prior experience is not. It gives apprentices the opportunity to work on placements while earning a monthly salary and working towards a qualification.
