We asked one of our current apprentices, Eleri Parry, why people should join CRIW. Here’s what she had to say:
1. What would you say to encourage someone to go for it?
I would say that it’s a great opportunity to learn as you work and a confidence boost.
2.What would be your most important message to them?
The most important message I think is try not to compare your journey with anyone else’s and to enjoy the experience, knowing that there are great opportunities at the end.
